Celebrating the Best of 2023

LTBA Annual Awards Banquet and REAP Fundraiser

On Friday, August 2nd, Louisiana horsemen and women gathered at Mojos at Evangeline Downs to celebrate the top Louisiana bred runners of 2023 and their connections. The event  was held in conjunction with a REAP (Racing Employees Assistance Program) benefit fundraiser.

Approximately 200 guests attended the event which included a pre-ceremony reception for Louisiana State Representative Chad Boyer. Boyer has been a tremendous ally in protecting and advancing the interests of Louisiana horsemen and women in the state legislature.
